Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by the Milli SaaS service (“Milli SaaS”, “we”, “us”). By using the services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Milli SaaS provides ready-made software systems for businesses, such as ChatCart (a CRM for Instagram). Ready systems are offered on a subscription basis. Systems built for a specific business are sold or rented under a separate agreement.

2. Accounts and responsibility

• The person creating an account must be over 18 and authorised to act for the business.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.
• You must have the right to use the Instagram and other accounts you connect.

3. Prohibited use

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive content;
• Violating the Meta Platform Terms or Instagram’s rules;
• Selling illegal goods or services, or infringing the rights of others;
• Attempting to compromise the security of the service or gain unauthorised access to it.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Payments

Subscription fees and the price of custom projects are agreed in writing between the parties, including by email. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and privacy

Data you enter and data received from the accounts you connect belongs to you. Our Privacy policy explains how we process it.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design and the names “Milli SaaS” and “ChatCart” belong to us. Rights in custom systems are set out in the relevant sale or rental agreement.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but interruptions may occur because of changes to Meta platforms, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. When an account is closed, data is deleted as described on the Data deletion page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation, and failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
